- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device data, request logs, security events, cookies, and usage analytics needed to operate and protect the service.
- Google account and Google Drive connection information when you choose to connect Google OAuth, including the Google account identifier, email address, OAuth tokens, selected Drive folder details, and file metadata needed to deliver project artifacts.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage your BookPlant account.
- To receive book requests, run generation workflows, create files, and deliver project artifacts.
- To connect your Google Drive, upload generated project files to the destination you authorize, and show storage status inside the product.
- To send operational notifications, account emails, billing messages, project status updates, and support responses.
- To monitor reliability, prevent abuse, enforce security controls, debug errors, and improve the service.
Google OAuth And Google User Data
- BookPlant only requests Google access that is needed for user-selected features, such as connecting Google Drive for project delivery.
- We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing BookPlant features that you request.
- We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the service, comply with law, protect users, or with your direction.
- BookPlant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- You can revoke Google access from your Google Account permissions page or disconnect Drive inside BookPlant where available.
Storage, Security, And Retention
- We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account, project, billing, and OAuth-related data.
- Generated artifacts may be stored locally, in configured infrastructure, or in your connected Google Drive depending on your settings and plan.
- We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security records.
- You may request deletion of your account or project data, subject to backups, legal requirements, fraud prevention, and legitimate operational needs.
Sharing Information
- We may share limited information with service providers that help operate hosting, email, payments, analytics, security, storage, and customer support.
- We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, security investigation, or to protect the rights and safety of BookPlant, users, or the public.
- We do not sell your personal information.

- You can update account information, manage subscription choices, disconnect supported integrations, and request support.
