Using BookPlant
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for the project content, prompts, files, and instructions you submit.
- You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass security controls, scrape protected areas, or use BookPlant for unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
AI-Generated And User Content
- BookPlant provides tools that can generate drafts, layouts, images, files, and other project artifacts from your instructions.
- You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing, selling, distributing, or relying on it.
- You should verify facts, citations, legal claims, medical claims, financial claims, permissions, originality, and platform requirements before use.
- You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and authorize BookPlant to process it to provide the service.
Subscriptions, Payments, And Quotas
- Paid features may require an active subscription, valid payment method, or available usage quota.
- Prices, plan limits, and included features may change, but changes will not reduce already-paid access during the current billing period unless required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
- Failed payments, chargebacks, abuse, or plan expiration may limit access to paid features.
- Refunds, if any, are handled according to the payment flow, applicable law, and BookPlant support decisions.
Google Drive And Third-Party Services
- If you connect Google Drive or another third-party service, you authorize BookPlant to use that connection to perform the actions you request, such as uploading generated artifacts.
- Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. BookPlant is not responsible for third-party outages, permission changes, account restrictions, or data handling outside BookPlant.
- You can revoke integration access through BookPlant where supported or through the third-party account provider.
Availability And Changes
- We aim to keep BookPlant reliable, but the service may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, provider limits, or events outside our control.
- We may add, change, suspend, or remove features to improve the product, protect users, comply with law, or preserve platform stability.
Intellectual Property
- BookPlant, its interface, software, brand assets, systems, and documentation are owned by BookPlant or its licensors.
- You retain rights you have in your submitted content. Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, generated project artifacts are provided for your use, but you are responsible for confirming they are suitable and lawful for your intended purpose.
Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability
- BookPlant is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that outputs will be error-free, original, publishable, profitable, or accepted by any marketplace or platform.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, BookPlant will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or publication outcomes.
Termination
- You may stop using BookPlant at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay required fees, or if continued access would be unlawful or harmful.
